STOP THIS OVERTHINKING

OVERTHINKING...

Today's topic is relatable for each student who is preparing for a competitive exam or in a competition of getting great things in life.

And the topic is OVERTHINKING this single word can do many great or worst thing in your life, it can ruin it or it can be helpful to as much.

Similar to everything here is also your choice.

This overthinking is completely connected to your mind, you can only overthink a topic or an incident which had done in your life or you have seen before.

Studies have shown that overthinking elevates your stress levels reduce your creativity, clouds your judgment and strips you of your power to make decisions.

But in my experience overthinking can give you an idea if you start a topic from any positivity... let's take an example:

if a student overthinking only about his studies in a negative way only think about the result, his failure or continuously thinking about strategies to cover up the syllabus. It is OVERTHINKING in a bad way...

BUT, if a similar student overthinks in a positive way, he thinks about a good result that can motivate himself for studies, he thinks about his goals and thinking of strategies to cover up the syllabus but he applies all this what he observes. That is a good way...

There is also a big and bold BUT, positive overthinking also can harmful for your goals if you do not implement them or you only think about that.

So THE CONCLUSION only thinks about the positive incident of your day, and if you get an idea that can be useful to do of your goals, go and do it.

If you continuously go in bad overthinking you should do these:

1.   Keep the Focus on Problem-Solving. ...

2.   Challenge Your Thoughts. ...

3.   Learn Mindfulness Skills. ...

When you are at peak of overthinking and you just realize it, doesn't panic about it, just take a deep breath and feel it repeat it 10 times and your overthinking is over after it changes your position for a minute and goes back to your goals.

If you feel this is helpful then thank you so much for reading it.

LIFE IS A CHESS DON'T MESS IT.

Ladies and gentlemen  Isn’t it amazing how many plans we make and isn’t it a reality, not everything goes according to our plans. Even in the game of chess, we may come completely prepared with our strategy to win the game. We may even make our moves, thinking that everything will go according to what we had decided & planned the reality, however, is once we have made our move. We have no control over the moves the opponent will make, we have no idea that the opponent also made his or her plans. Whether it’s the game of chess or the game of life not everything goes according to what we had envisioned in our lives this is exactly why there is a great need to go with the flow. 1.       To not be rigid what we have decided 2.       To learn the change our strategy as per the need of the moment     Ladies and gentlemen ·         Adjust your plans ·     ...
