1.   Access the reality: 

  •      Every good batsman of cricket firstly does SWOT Analysis (a simple but useful framework for analyzing your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats).
  •      He adopted the ground as your hometown ground. Same we all playing game of life so to access your opponent strength and weakness you need to know who is your opponent. 
  •      In the game of life, you are playing a match against an entity called the mind. No one on planet earth can stop you from accomplishing or achieving that what you want if you can bat against the googlies that your mind bowls at you. 
  •      In  the morning when the alarm blows and we decided to go for jogging mind bowls a googly "5 minutes more" and you snooze the alarm because the mind wants to out you and bell ring again you snooze it and the third time its ring and you snooze again and again at the end you give up like “I can’t do it” it never stops, it keeps bowls you at every single moment while you are at work or in a deep sleep. When you snooze the alarm your morning starts with giving in when you allow to snooze you just giving the ball to mind to bowl you and it took your wicket. So what you decide just do without giving the ball to mind to bowled you.
